Description of the Moshy Isaba Nordic Crib Duvet
A very hygienic, practical and comfortable Nordic duvet for cribs , with a state-of-the-art anti-mite system, which prevents and reduces exposure to allergens caused by mites or household dust. In addition, this Nordic duvet for cribs has an outer fabric made of 100% sanforized cotton fiber, which guarantees maximum hygiene and softness in contact with the skin and an inner filling made of anti-mite polyester fiber to further reinforce the anti-allergy properties of this duvet and guarantee correct body thermoregulation .
INTERIOR FILLING. 100 % Anti-mite Hollow Fibre ® . Moshy Anti-mite Fibre is a hollow polyester fibre which incorporates anti-mite active agents during the manufacture of the polymer, in order to guarantee complete anti-mite action. This hygienic anti-mite process acts by creating a water imbalance in the natural habitat of the mites, generating a hostile environment in which the growth and development of the mites is limited. It also offers a soft and spongy surface, allowing constant air circulation between the hollow fibres.
WEIGHTS. This duvet is available in weights of 400, 250 and 4 seasons (250+150) grs/m2 . of filling weight. A wide range of Isaba models from which you can choose the one that best suits you, depending on your taste or the climate of your place of residence. You should take into account the average temperature of your room before choosing a particular weight for the duvet or buying a 4 seasons duvet and enjoying the comfort of a high quality duvet in any temperature range.
FABRIC. 100% White cotton, sanforized. This is the simplest and most effective way of crossing threads, in this case cotton. A system in which each warp thread is placed alternately above and below each weft thread, the effect being the same on the right side as on the wrong side, and this combined with the sanforized process, by means of which the cotton is able to maintain great flexibility, without shrinking after washing or drying.
BREATHABILITY. Thanks to its hollow channel and anti-allergic fibres, this duvet manages to maintain a high and constant volume, as these hollow fibres have the ability to constantly separate from each other and not clump together, thus providing a space between them through which air can circulate, without dragging the heat trapped in the hollow channel of each filament.
THERMAL LEVEL 1,2,3 and 4 (Scale from 1 to 4). The Isaba crib duvet model by Moshy has thermal level 2 for the 250 gr model, Level 4 for the 400 gr version, as well as level 4 for the DUO 250 + 150 gr/m2 version. Thermal Level 2, ideal for rooms between 19º and 23º C and Thermal Level 4, ideal for rooms between 12º and 20º C.
SAFETY OF USE. The Isaba crib duvet by Moshy has hollow ANTI-MITE® fiber , as well as 100% breathable cotton fabric; Systems that allow the correct aeration of the filling and fabric, avoiding the accumulation of humidity which, in turn, does not allow the proliferation of mites or fungi, thus achieving a totally anti-allergic product suitable even for people with allergies and/or respiratory problems.
What are mites and how do they affect our health?
WHAT ARE THEY? Mites are micro-organisms, less than half a millimetre in size, that live in dusty, warm and humid environments. Their favourite places are things that are usually not very breathable, such as cushions, duvets, stuffed animals and mattresses, all of which are areas that humans tend to rub against, as these little bugs feed on microscopic flakes of our skin.
HOW DO THEY AFFECT US? Mite particles and their fecal remains remain inside poorly breathable fabrics, as well as in the air of closed spaces. When inhaled, they can cause asthma or rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and atopic skin.

How to choose the duvet weight that best suits me?
The most suitable Nordic duvet for me must have a certain weight depending on the climate of the place where I live, and whether or not I use heating. Taking into account the geographical area of Spain as a reference, we give you some references.
- Weight of 250 gr/m2. Suitable for spring/autumn in the north and centre, as well as for winters in the south of the Mediterranean coast, and/or for climates in the north/centre of Spain in heated rooms, i.e. for rooms with temperatures between 19º C and 23º C, with the optimum being 21º C.
- Weight: 400 gr/m2. This is a Nordic duvet for cold winters such as those in the north and centre of Spain, suitable for short winter periods on the eastern Mediterranean coast when the cold is more intense, but in any case, ideal for rooms with temperatures below 19º C.
- Duo (100+250 gr/m2). This is a 4-season duvet suitable for all year round, but be careful! Not for all year round in Spain. On the Mediterranean coast where summer nights are often hot, it is not necessary to use any type of duvet, no matter how light it is, so at mueblesdecasa.net we always recommend buying a duvet like the ISABA Duo, as it will be cheaper in the long run and you will save space, as long as you do not live, as mentioned above, on the Mediterranean coast.

Maintenance and preservation of a Moshy fibre duvet
Washing, drying and preservation. The Isaba Nordic filling is suitable for washing in any type of domestic washing machine, as long as it is washed at a maximum temperature of 60 ºC in short cycles and with a very gentle spin, do not iron, do not bleach and can be dried at a maximum of 60 ⁰C.
How to store the duvet? Both at mueblesdecasa.net and Moshy, we recommend using the bag or case from which they are first removed, or alternatively, buying breathable cotton bags specially prepared for the purpose.
