Defective Return Policy
MueblesdeCasa.Net checks all the goods that leave the warehouse before handing them over to the transport company. Therefore, if upon receiving your order you notice that the packaging box is in poor condition, you must note on the carrier's delivery note: "Box in poor condition pending review". It will always be convenient to take a photograph and send it to our email incidencias@mueblesdecasa.net
Once it has been checked, if there are any anomalies, please contact us, preferably within 24 hours of receiving the order. It will be then when we will indicate the procedure to follow:
- If the product is defective and we have it in stock, we will send you another one immediately.
- If, on the other hand, it is not in stock at the time of the request, you can choose to wait for the change by the manufacturer or replace it with another product from those we have in stock.
If the damage occurs to the goods during transport, please notify us of the incident, if possible, within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of receipt, by e-mail: incidencias@mueblesdecasa.net. In this e-mail you must explain, in the most specific way possible, the damage to the goods, attaching a photograph where the damage can be seen.
As soon as we verify the incident, we will proceed with the refund.
Return Merchandise Procedure
All products sold may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
To initiate the return, the customer must indicate the intention of the return by email. MueblesdeCasa.Net will reply to you by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.
The refund to the customer's account, as a result of this return, will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products in MueblesdeCasa.Net, in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.
The return can be made, as long as the product is inside its original sealed packaging and has not been used, showing the purchase invoice or other document that proves the purchase of the product. The return cannot take place, under any circumstances, if the products supplied are used. The products must be returned properly protected, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all their accessories and documentation. The original box must not bear any stickers, personal inscriptions, tears or signs of tampering. Never ship directly in the original box or sleeve of the product, always protect with another outside.
In the case of returns of goods that have involved extraordinary expenses or have been made outside the Peninsula, please contact us in order to provide you with a personalized quote. Likewise, if the product is delivered in poor condition, it will be MueblesdeCasa.Net who determines the final amount to be reimbursed to the customer.
If these are not returned in the same original packaging, the goods will suffer depreciation.
Cases where the return of the product is not accepted
- Orders with special sizes are not returnable (special sizes outside the standard size range).
- The folding canapés will NOT allow their exchange or return once installed and assembled, except for manufacturing or transport defects.
- Personalised items in colour or size, i.e. products where different options can be selected, ARE NOT RETURNABLE. This is because the product is manufactured especially for the customer, in an artisanal way, and once returned it is not possible to make an after-sales of said product. Thus, the right of withdrawal will not apply in the case of products made in accordance with the customer's specifications or
For HYGIENE AND HEALTH SAFETY REASONS, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on "Textile and Home" products: pillows, pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, bedspreads, duvet fillings, toppers, mattress protectors, etc. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
Return of the product
Products to be returned must be sent to the location specified by MueblesdeCasa.Net following the precise instructions indicated in the order return email.
In the event that the refund is not accepted by the supplier, on the understanding that the goods whose return is sought have been used, they will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, within a period not exceeding thirty days from their return.
The returned goods must be identified with the order number, name and address of the customer.
The costs and risks linked to the return will be borne by the sender , who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
The refund of the purchase amount will be made for the same price for which the product(s) were purchased. MueblesdeCasa.Net will send an email to the customer confirming the return amount
Special conditions for returning Vondom furniture
- Vondom items can be returned, but the customer will be invoiced 30% of the total order and return shipping.
- The original packaging and labelling of the product must be retained in order to make the return.

- This promotion will only be applied to the models and sizes indicated above, purchased within the validity period of this promotion. Clearance, outlet and/or opportunity items do not incorporate the "100 Night Trial" Guarantee. These products will only be returnable in the event of a manufacturing defect.
- The mattress must be returned properly protected, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all its accessories and documentation. We recommend the use, from day one, of a mattress protector that guarantees optimal protection.
- To request the return process, it is essential to do so within the period of the 100 nights of mattress testing and attach the photos that guarantee its good condition.
- Our body needs a period of adaptation to the new mattress of 30 nights. If after this period you are not convinced, we offer you the possibility of making the change.
- Only one exchange is allowed per customer and address.
- In all these cases in which the promotion applies, the mattress can be exchanged for any other from our online catalog.
- For mattresses included in this promotion that include a Gift in the order, the amount corresponding to the value of said gift will be deducted from the total amount of the value of the new mattress to be returned.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Products with special measurements, given their personalized characteristics for each customer, are unfortunately not included in our Satisfaction Guarantee. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A product is considered to have a special size when it has 80x180, 80x190, 80x200, 90x180, 105x180, 105x200, 120x180, 120x190, 120x200, 135x180, 135x200, 140x180, 140x190, 140x200, 150x180, 160x180, 160x190, 180x180, 180x190, 200x180, 200x190, 200x200 cm, as well as those mattresses with widths of 110 cm, length of 210 cm or manufactured with a twin system. A product is considered to be manufactured under a customer-specified customisation when it is ordered under a colour, upholstery, wood type or with a number of added functionalities, available within the range of product options. Exchanges, refunds or cancellations may not be carried out, except for those that have a manufacturing defect.
Note. For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted on products such as pillows, duvet fillings and mattress toppers.
