Characteristics of the duvet filler Quality by Mash
The Quality duvet by Mash, is a very high range hollow fibre duvet and without a doubt one of the duvets with the highest performance in the market. This model with a 100% siliconised hollow fibre filling Quallofil® Premium***** of Dacron® and cotton fabric with sateen finish, offers maximum comfort , compensated price, great softness and total security against pathogenic agents for health.
INNER FILLING. 100% siliconised hollow fibre Quallofil® Air by Dacron®. This is a very fine, ultra-light and voluminous fibre, which has a great capacity for aeration, which allows the duvet to breathe without losing its thermo-regulating capacity, and at the same time prevents us from sweating during sleep. The hollow and siliconised Quality fibre offers maximum comfort with low weight, being especially recommended for those who move a lot when sleeping.
DRIPING. This duvet has available in 300, 220, 100 and Duo (220+100) grs/m2 fill weight. A wide range of Quality models from which you can choose the one that suits you best, depending on the climate of your place of residence. You should take into account the average temperature of your room before choosing a specific duvet weight or buy a 4 seasons duvet and enjoy the comfort of a high quality duvet in any temperature range.
FABRIC. 100% cotton sateen. This is a natural cotton fabric of the highest quality, thanks to which and its sateen we obtain a final fabric with high external shine, breathability, lightness and extra-soft touch, as well as maximum resistance to rubbing and twisting.
BREATHABILITY. This duvet, thanks to the hollow channel fibres that offer a large volume by allowing space between each fibre, allows air to circulate inside without interfering with its thermal capacity, as it does not drag the air contained inside the micro-channels. This, in turn, avoids the accumulation of humidity in the interior and, therefore, does not allow the presence of mites derived from this.
THERMAL LEVEL 1,2,3 and 4 (Scale from 1 to 4). The Mash Quality model has thermal level 1 for its 100 gr version, Level 2 for the 220 gr model, Level 4 for the 350 gr version, as well as level 3 for the 220 + 100 gr/m2 DUO version. Thermal Level 1, ideal for rooms between 20º and 25º C, Thermal Level 2, ideal for rooms between 18º and 23º C and Thermal Level 3, ideal for rooms between 15º and 21º C, and Thermal Level 4 for rooms between 12ºC and 20ºC.
SAFETY IN USE. The Quality duvet has Quallofil® hollow fibre by Dacron®. ANTI-CHAARSThis system allows the correct aeration of the filling and fabric, avoiding the accumulation of humidity which, in turn, does not allow the proliferation of mites or fungi, thus achieving a totally anti-allergenic product, suitable even for people with allergies and/or respiratory problems.
How do I choose the most suitable grammage of Quality for me?
The most suitable duvet for me should have a specific grammage depending on the climate of the place where I live. Taking into account the geographical area of Spain as a reference, we give you some references:
- Grammage of 100 gr/m2. Duvet for northern summers or spring/autumn from the southern Mediterranean coast to Valencia, that is to say, suitable when the room temperature is between 21º and 25º C, the optimum being 23º C.
- Grammage 220 gr/m2. Suitable for spring/autumn in the north and centre as well as for winters in the south of the Mediterranean coast, i.e. for rooms with temperatures between 19º and 23º C, the optimum being 21º C.
- Weight 350 gr/m2. This duvet is suitable for cold winters such as those in the north and centre of Spain, in unheated rooms, i.e. for rooms with temperatures between 12º and 20º C, the optimum being 17º C.
- Duo (100+220 gr/m2). Duvet 4 Seasons suitable for all year round although, as it does not exceed 300 gr/m2, it is recommended for winters in northern/central Spain with heated rooms, with an average room temperature of 19º C, as well as for winters in other areas of Spain. Maintenance and care of Mash fibre duvets
Washing, drying and storage. The Quality duvet filling is suitable for washing in any type of domestic washing machine, as long as it is washed at a maximum temperature of 40º C in short cycles and with a very gentle spin, do not iron, do not bleach and allows drying at a maximum temperature of 40 ⁰C.
