Features of the Velfont Aloe Vera Nordic Duvet

Very soft and thermoregulating Nordic duvet, made with an ideal combination of high-quality, comfortable, breathable and 100% anti-allergenic materials, such as hollow polyester fiber and polyester microfiber with aloe vera treatment.

This Nordic duvet is suitable for use by children, adults, as well as people with allergies and/or respiratory problems. It comes in a printed zipper bag.

INTERIOR FILLING. 100 % Velfont conjugated Neotherm ® Plus® hollow siliconized fiber . This hollow siliconized conjugated recycled fiber is spongy as well as voluminous and light, it offers great elasticity, high speed of recovery of the original form, high thermal capacity and a great longevity of use. Made up of fine polyester strands, hollow inside and siliconized on the outside, allowing, thanks to the micro-air channels formed inside each fiber, to avoid the accumulation of humidity inside, bad odors, it acquires a high thermal capacity and also offers us, thanks to its high breathability It provides us with excellent anti-allergic properties.

WEIGHT. This duvet has a weight of 300 gr/m2 of filling weight, which is ideal for rooms with an average temperature of 19 ºC, i.e. for mild winters such as those on the Mediterranean coast, or for central and northern Spain in lightly heated houses.

FABRIC. 100% extra-soft silk-touch microfiber, made with horizontal ribbing and perimeter trim and silky touch, which provides breathability and softness when in contact with the skin. This fabric is strong and durable, absorbs up to 7 times its weight and is capable of trapping dirt including bacteria and germs.

BREATHABILITY. Thanks to its hollow channel fibres, this duvet maintains a high and constant volume, as these hollow fibres are able to constantly separate from each other and not clump together, thus providing a space between them through which air can circulate without dragging the heat trapped in the hollow channel of each filament.

THERMAL LEVEL 3 (Scale from 1 to 4). The Aloe Vera model from Velfont has a thermal level 3, suitable for spring/autumn in the north and centre, as well as for winters in the south of the Mediterranean coast, i.e. for rooms with temperatures between 16º and 21º C, with the optimum being 19ºC.

SAFETY OF USE. The Aloe Vera duvet has Neotherm ® Plus hollow fibre, as well as 100% breathable fabric; Systems that allow the correct aeration of the filling and fabric, avoiding the accumulation of humidity which, in turn, does not allow the proliferation of mites or fungi, thus achieving a totally anti-allergic product suitable even for people with allergies and/or respiratory problems .

Maintenance and conservation of Velfont fibre duvets

Washing, drying and preservation. The Aloe Vera duvet is suitable for washing in any type of domestic washing machine, as long as it is washed at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC in short cycles and with a very gentle spin cycle, do not iron, do not bleach and can be dried at a maximum of 60 ⁰C.

How to store the duvet? Both at mueblesdecasa.net and at Velfont, we recommend using the bag or case from which they are first removed, or alternatively, buying breathable cotton bags specially prepared for the purpose.
